Terms and Conditions

Payments and Prices
All payments are made through PayPal at https://www.paypal.com with no exceptions. Prices on this site are only available through this site when paid for in full using PayPal.
You can either pay in full, or pay a deposit of 20% and we will invoice you for the balance prior to dispatch

Refunds
A FULL refund can be made if we are informed that the order is to be cancelled within 36 hours of the order being placed, otherwise a 5% charge to cover administration costs will be made. We will also make full refunds, at our discretion, when goods are returned faulty or not required providing there is no visible sign of use/damage.

Non-Payment of Invoices
Items will not be dispatched until invoices are paid in full. Failure to pay invoices will result in a 10% (of order value) administration charge being made.

Delivery Times
Most items are delivered within ten to fourteen days, but allow upto 21 days for delivery.
Saddles can take upto eight weeks for delivery if the required item is not in stock.

Shipping Costs
Orders over £50 Inc Vat to UK Mainland, shipping is FREE!
Orders of £50 and under Inc Vat to UK Mainland, shipping is 5.00 GBP
For all other orders, shipping is calculated (at the checkout stage on-line) based on weight and destination using the appropriate carrier, normally Royal Mail.
Ocassionaly, under certain circumstances, we have to charge extra, or less, for shipping, if this is the case you will be informed.

Returns and Faulty goods
Please e-mail us at info@saddlesplus.co.uk for information on what steps to take to return unwanted or faulty items. Return postage charges will apply if the item is being returned as not required.
