Can I pay by cheque or bankers draft?

Why do I have to use PayPal to pay for my order?

What happens if I change my mind after paying?
A full refund can be made, provided you inform us within 36 hours of paying, after this time a charge will be made to cover our administration costs, providing the goods have not been dispatched. Otherwise you will have to contact us to arrange return. Please check the Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Depending on what you have ordered, and whether the item is in stock, it can take anything from 4 or 5 days to eight to ten weeks. We will keep you fully informed as to your order progress via email, both from us and from the PayPal order tracking options.
How much do I have to pay?
You pay the total price shown in your final shopping basket which is taken through to the PayPal website. This price covers vat (if appropriate), shipping (if appropriate) and insurance. Ocassionaly, under certain circumstances, we have to charge extra, or less, for shipping, if this is the case you will be informed.
Why do I have to pay upfront before I get my goods?
Due to the rise in cases of orders being placed and then cancelled where we have had to order the goods from our suppliers, we have had to implement a pay first policy to discourage such practice by customers. However, you may may pay a deposit first and we will invoice you for the balance when the items you have ordered are ready for dispatch. Please check the Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
What if the item I order is no longer available?
If you place an order with us (paying upfront through PayPal) and the item you ordered is no longer available, we will refund the full amount you paid. (Refunds will only be made back to the originating PayPal account.) Please check the Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
